This is a comfortable 2 storey holiday house located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes walk from the lake and boat ramp and a 2 minute walk to a grass reserve with new tennis courts,basketball court and playground.The house enjoys all day sun and has spectacular views of southern Lake Taupo and the Kaimanawa Ranges.Two of the bedrooms ( including Master ) and living room open onto a large sunny deck with outdoor table, chairs and barbeque. The downstairs bedroom opens onto a flat private lawn. The garage is lined and has bunks but only really suitable for sleeping in the summer. There is off-street parking and a flat private section.
Kuratau is located 5-10 min to the Tokaanu hot pools,15 min to supermarket,shops and attractions in Turangi and less than 1 hour to the Whakapapa skifield.
