Welcome to our 1912 Farm House. Our home was built over 100 years ago but has been fully updated with modern appliances, new flooring and fresh paint. We are less than 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and 20 minutes to the University of Tennessee. The main floor of the home is wide open and can accommodate large groups. This property is located on Ft Loudon Lake. You can enjoy views of the lake from inside the kitchen or sitting on the back deck. Enjoy a walk anytime down to the water.
The space
Master bedroom: King size bed with luxurious, organic cotton linens, a private bathroom with 2 closets and a 42 inch television with DirecTV. Bathroom has shampoo and conditioner, towels and washcloths.
Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and bunk bed that features a twin over a full. The beds in this room have organic cotton linens, closet space and hangers.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: King size bed and bunk bed set that is a twin over a full. All of the linens in this room are also organic cotton. This room has plenty of closet space with hangers.
Main Floor: Open floor plan. You can be in the kitchen and see what is going on in the living room so everyone feels included at all times. Master Bedroom is on the main floor as well as the guest bathroom and laundry room. There is an office space in the mud room.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal, including a full assortment of cooking spices and olive oil. We also have every utensil you could possibly need with lots of cookware to prepare meals big or small. Coffee pot, filters, Keurig, wine glasses, wine opener, 24 inch TV with DirecTV
Dining Room: Pub Height table that seats 6, kitchen bar seating for 4
