This exquisite, recently renovated home just a stone's throw away from Lake Murray offers the perfect retreat for you and your loved ones. It boasts a screened-in porch with lake views, a beautiful pool, outdoor eating space, and a spacious interior that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Just a short drive to Dreher Island State Park to launch your boat. Enjoy a memorable vacation in a home that offers comfort, luxury, and the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces!
Three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen) along with two full bathrooms are located on the second floor, along with the full kitchen, living room, dining room and lovely screened-in porch. The lower level includes a fourth bedroom (queen), bathroom with standup shower, another living area, laundry room, foosball table and a pull-out sofa bed (queen). The downstairs bedroom has a small desk in case you are working remotely. High-speed Wifi is available throughout the home for internet access as well as streaming any smart TV app subscriptions you choose to log into during your stay (Cable TV is not available).
You will be provided a key code for the smart remote door lock.

NO SMOKING – If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $300 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $300 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation will be turned over to the appropriate authorities. This rule applies also to vaping. hookah, cigars, etc. Underage drinking, smoking, parties, and drug use is strictly prohibited
NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 8AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be provided for any unused nights. We may also asses a fine of up to $500 depending on the severity of the violation.
PETS: We are a pet-friendly home for up to 1 pet. Pets must be on a leash at all time when outside the property. There is a large yard, however it is not fenced in and we don't want our furry friends disturbing our neighbors. Please take extra care with any pets around the pool area to make sure they don't take a dip in the pool--purposely or accidentally! Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
POOL: Dive into our delightful saltwater pool and experience pure relaxation. While the water supply is sourced from a well, occasionally it can be a bit temperamental. The pool gets serviced weekly on Tuesdays. We keep a watchful eye on it, however we cannot guarantee that the water will be in perfect swimming condition immediately upon arrival. There are unavoidable circumstances such as rain which may cause the pool to take on a charming shade of green until it is treated. We keep treatment chemicals on site that we can instruct you to use to get the pool back to glamorous as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours. We ask that you follow all instructions to leave the pool controls as you found them when you are finished using it so the filters and pumps can continue to run and not ruin the pool for the next guest. So, if you encounter a murky pool upon your arrival, please let us know so we can help you get it back to standard ASAP! Please note that we are surrounded by trees and it is possible that leaves may have fallen into the pool in between services; there are nets available to you to remove them. The pool and spa should not be used after quiet hours or if under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
SPA TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our spa tub, but please remember to turn the spa off as soon as you are done and turn the pool filters and pumps back on as instructed. This oasis is heated using propane, and the tank will drain quickly if it is left on for extended periods of time. Our spa availability depends on the teamwork of our dear guests. At this time, the spa is not jetted.
PESTS: As you venture into this charming area, you may encounter some winged and crawling creatures unique to the region. To enhance your comfort, we kindly ask that you keep the doors leading to the great outdoors firmly closed at all times. Doing so will help create an inviting space free from unwanted visitors, ensuring your stay remains uninterrupted by these tiny explorers.
