This is a SMART home and you’ll be able to easily play your music all throughout the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, open floor plan, outdoor ping pong table, firepit, dock that is perfect for catching panfish or bass, and offsite boat ramp.

Guests have access to the main floor, second floor and the entire yard. The basement is currently off limits and is used for storage.

No pets allowed (we are open to considering one hypoallergenic pet under 50 lbs if you message the host details about your pet. Must be well potty trained.)
No events or parties
No diving off dock (the water levels fluctuate so no diving in case of low water levels). Please practice safe swimming.
We have two security cameras. 1 camera at front door and 1 camera on deck. This is only for security purposes to keep everyone safe. You will have access to the security cameras from tablet.
