Our 3500 sq. ft. of living space is finished with cherry, and marble floors, granite, and quartz counters, with large windows and sliding doors to highlight the panoramic view of Seneca Lake.

One of our best features is our location. The home is on the edge of the village, privately situated on a bluff overlooking the lake, but close enough to walk into town. You will be right off of Rte 14 which is part of the Seneca Wine Trail, and close to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries and Watkins Glen International Race Track.
