Summary:
Welcome to our well maintained older holiday home. We have just installed a lovely new kitchen for you to cook in. There is plenty of room with five bedrooms, no waiting for the bathroom as there are two. Plenty of room for the children to play outside or take the dog for a walk in the adjacent reserve. Park the boat on the lawn, good access and off road parking. Enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny deck or watch the sun go down. Enjoy a short stroll the local 10 hole golf course or a very short drive to the International Golf Course. Bring your bikes as we have two world class cycle tracks to try out.

The Space:
Our large family is on two levels. The main living area is upstairs, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, either use external stairs or there is an internal stair case. The other bedrooms and another bathroom is on the entry level. Our property is adjacent to a large reserve with a short cut to the beach.
Guest Access:
Loads of off street parking. Plenty of room for the boat. Safe play area for children.
The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.
Getting Around:
Walking will get you to most places.
