This beautifully decorated home has a bright and open floor plan that will make you feel right at home. It is located only 1 mile from the Lake Sumter Landing Town Square where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and free live entertainment nightly.
When you are ready for a day in the sun, its just a 5 min walk or short golf cart ride to the beautiful neighborhood pool.
From the moment you enter this home away from home, you’ll feel welcome and relaxed. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. The chefs style kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and welcome new friends or in the living area with plenty of comfortable seating to watch your favorite television shows on the 65 inch flat screen tv. The home also features a covered lanai area as well as screened birdcage with multiple seating areas for reading a good book, sunning or entertaining outdoors in your private courtyard. The master bedroom features a King size bed and TV, a walk-in closet and private master bath with walk-in shower. One Guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and the other Guest bedroom has a full size bed for additional guests. All bedrooms have Plenty of towels and extra linens, as well as an indoor washer/dryer are provided.
This home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
