The floor to ceiling glazing in the dining looks directly across the greens of the Kinloch golf course with the landscaped garden and mature planting, ensuring privacy right around the house.
Cleverly thought out for the perfect holiday escape, this property has it all to keep everyone well entertained. An outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, internal garage turned games room with table tennis, darts, smart tv, board games, books and sports equipment including 2 kayaks, a mountain bike, cricket bat or grab a couple of tennis racquets and pop down to the local tennis courts.
Keep cool in the summer with air-conditioning and toasty and warm in the winter with double glazing windows and doors, wood burner, heat pump, electric heaters in the bedrooms and underflooring heating in both bathrooms.
