Positive: We loved the location of the property. It was close to the supermarket and the Outdoor equipment shops where we hired packs and poles for the Milford Track and also very convenient for the actual Milford Track bus pick up. We also loved the fact that we could leave all our luggage with them in storage while we walked the track and they were so kind they even put it all in our room for when we arrived as we arrived back after 8pm. We also loved the huge washing machine and dryer on-site. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed except we had to ask for some more dishwasher soap but that was fine. I have read previous feedback about guests not enjoying their stay because of the New Year’s Eve noise in the street outside the apartments. I find this ridiculous because everyone knows that Queenstown is THE party town for NY so I feel anyone not there to celebrate NY should have stayed out of town!

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Summary: Amazing apartments with very kind and caring staff managing them.
