Beyond The Sail is a large 4-bedroom home with 2.5 baths and large balconies on every floor with seating. On the upper level of the home, you will find the Primary Suite, 2 Guest Rooms, and the 2nd Full Bath. The Primary Suite boasts a lush King Size Bed, access to the front, upper balcony, a Private Full Bathroom with a separate Shower and Tub, Double Sinks, and access to the back, upper balcony. Guest Bedroom #1 hosts a comfy Queen Size Bed and access the front, upper balcony. Guest Bedroom #2 contains 1 Twin Daybed with a Twin Pull-Out Trundle, and access to the upper balcony. On the Main Level of the home, you will find Guest Bedroom #3, The Main Living Area, Kitchen Area, Dining Area, Laundry Room, and Office/Game Room. Guest Bedroom #3 yields a cozy Queen Size Bed. The Great room is perfect for everyone to gather for a mealtime, or for watching an exciting sports game! The Large Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up the perfect meal. Just off the Kitchen/ Living Area is the back, lower balcony for sipping your coffee in the morning while waking up, or sipping your glass wine to end the day. The lower balcony leads down to the fenced backyard with grass for "Fido". Don't like stairs?? No problem! There is an exterior lift for easier access onto each floor and is great for hauling in groceries and luggage! The area under the home has been converted to an awesome hang out spot with a Large Screen, Smart TV, Bar, Grill, Fans, and plenty of seating for everyone! Bring Your boat! There is ample parking at this home with a Boat Pad. You may launch your boat at the nearby Marina Road Boat Launch or at the ICW and enjoy a great day on the water!
