Our 2 bedroom log cottage is situated in Swannanoa, 15 minutes from Rangiora, 20 minutes from Christchurch airport and 4 minutes from Mandeville Village.
The cottage is set on our 20 acre equestrian property where you can enjoy the rural setting, by sitting on the veranda and enjoy views across to the mountains or you are welcome to follow our marked walks and enjoy our native plantings, watch the horses or meet the donkey.
The cottage is in a great spot to explore the local area with mountains, ski resorts, beaches, Hanmer Springs, Waipara vineyards and Christchurch all accessible for day trips out.
The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining, living area, complete with log burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a complete range of equipment to cook. The cottage also has a laundry area.
