The large kitchen is well-appointed and has a long bar with bar stools, perfect for entertaining. The ranch sliders open to a spacious covered outdoor room with more couches and an open fireplace. Here is where the magic really kicks in as you take in even more views, and the most amazing feelings of peace and relaxation.
The primary suite boasts a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and ranch slider that opens to the outdoor living room. Mangawhai Village is ten minutes by car with its Saturday markets, a New World supermarket, an art gallery and the town centre with an array of boutique shops. Several beautiful beaches surround including Te Arai Beach and Mangawhai Heads.
The adjacent paddocks are home to sheep who like to be left in peace to live their best lives; keeping the grass down and watching you watching them, as sheep do. Take a stroll in the lush native bush and listen to the many native birds.
