Park your car beside the "monkey tree" and walk on to your front deck. Then turn around and look at the elevated views towards both Mount Pauanui and Paku. You won't want to leave! The deck is a morning suntrap - perfect for breakfast or a coffee from the espresso machine in your kitchen. In fact, it's really nice here for dinner too, making good use of the gas-fired barbecue.
Coming inside through the large sliders, you will find a comfortable private and modern home, with white walls, tiled floors and open plan living.
