Welcome to our modern 2-bedroom retreat on the second floor, perfect for family vacations, business trips, or short stays.
You can park on the quiet, dead-end street with plenty of space, or by my garage door. A private entrance and stairs lead to a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including 4 gas burners and all the essentials to cook like you're at home. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area, and treat yourself to an espresso from the coffee machine. Relax on the comfy sofa with a Smart HD TV and unlimited Netflix.
Both bedrooms have Queen-size beds, and there's also a sofa bed and a double-size floor mat for extra guests. Clean sheets, memory foam pillows, and full bedding ensure a comfortable stay. The living room has air conditioning and a gas heater, while the bedrooms come with fans and heaters. Two private bathrooms with showers and a washing machine add to your convenience.
A heat pump dryer is available for shared use in the main house garage—just let us know if you'd like to use it.
We provide milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, bottled water, kitchen and bathroom essentials, laundry detergent, and clean linens and towels.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard and large deck area.
Please note, no parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm to ensure peace for everyone, including our family downstairs.
