Easy 10 min walk to Mount ocean beach at Tay or Hart Streets, 10 min walk to Newworld supermarket, coffee shops, dairy at Midway shops. 5 min walk to Moa Street playground. 20 min walk to Mount main beach and main shops. Bus stops 5 minutes from bach . No loud guests please as neighbours are quiet and considerate. Quiet visitors only. Owner lives next door.
