The Space:
An older character bungalow with a few quirks, plus a separate sleep-out - a no-fuss, great-value base for a big group who want plenty of room, a central spot and somewhere they can bring the dog. It won't win any design awards, but the location is hard to beat, and there's space for everyone.
The main house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, three double rooms and a bunk room. Heating is via a heat pump in the lounge and a gas fire in the living room. The sleep-out is a studio-style space with a queen bed, a set of single bunk beds and a lounge suite, its own toilet and shower, and its own heat pump / air-con unit - pretty basic, but a handy extra space. There's WiFi in both the main house and the sleep-out.

By car, Te Puia and the geothermal valley are about 3 minutes away, the city centre 4, Polynesian Spa 5, and the Redwoods around 7. Skyline, Zorb and Rotorua Airport are all roughly 11 to 12 minutes. There are also bus stops nearby for getting into town.
