All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. on arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card, please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park, the hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours, the hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management, please note a nz $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. alternatively, a $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges, a valid photo id is required upon check in. guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. for more information, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation, please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a (visa, mastercard, american express etc) credit card.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
