Beautifully appointed with fantastic views. Located in Townsend Shoals community. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bath, 1 Room with a King and the other with 2-Twin beds.
Property is on the 3rd level looks out towards the inlet & bridge that goes over into Avalon. There is a complex elevator in the middle of the building. There are two assigned parking spaces in the courtyard area along the fence. There are no boat slips for any of these units at this location. You can pick up or drop off people by boat at a small dock on the bay side of the building. Boats cannot be tied up. It is right by the inlet & the water moves pretty quick.
