The first level features an oceanfront swimming pool and six-person hot tub, surrounded by a variety of seating to while away an afternoon. There are two grills (gas and charcoal) to fire up a quick lunch and a lighted tiki bar to quench everyone’s thirst as the day winds down. Use the outdoor shower for a quick and convenient rinse off. Just inside, the aforementioned game room also features two queen sleeper sofas, a TV and wet bar. There is also a full bath on this level. Four of the home’s bedrooms take up the second level, including one room with two twins with a trundle; a “pirate room” for the kids with two bunks; and a king and a queen that both offer deck access. The laundry room is conveniently located here as well.
The third level great room, with its cathedral ceiling and walls of windows allows the oceanfront backdrop to lure everyone together for meals and other magical moments of family frivolity.
