You can literally get up, grab a towel, and descend 16 steps to the beach using your private beach access. Getting thirsty or need to go to the bathroom? You are right there! No more crossing streets and hiking back for a bathroom break! And do not miss the sunrise over the ocean - a truly magnificent display of color and beauty! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water you will just love when returning from a day of sand and surf. The deck is great - partially covered by a lovelypergola for those who like a little shade. There are four sliding glass doors that open onto it - two off the great room and one off each of the ocean side bedrooms affording spectacular views and easy access.
