Welcome to our light-filled three-bedroom home, nestled on the peaceful slopes of Cashmere, Christchurch. This comfortable two-storey home is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city or nearby hills.

✨ THE SPACE:
Spread across two levels, the house offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay.
Bedrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms, all upstairs and with stunning views of the city, coast and mountains — a king in the master bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite, and a twin room with two King-single beds, ideal for families or couples travelling together. Linen, electric blankets and extra blankets are included in the rental.
Bathrooms: One modern family bathroom downstairs and an ensuite off the double bedroom. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels are all included.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need — cookware, serveware, utensils, and pantry staples such as spices, oil, and condiments. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave. There is a scullery and laundry (washing machine only) off the kitchen.
Living Areas: A bright downstairs lounge with large windows that let in beautiful natural light, plus a cosy sun lounge upstairs perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet coffee.
Comfort Year-Round: Equipped with a heat pump, air conditioning, and a log fire to keep you comfortable in every season.
🌞 OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step outside to a sunny, manicured deck/courtyard with a six-seater outdoor table, extra outdoor seating, and a Weber barbecue — perfect for long summer evenings.
There’s parking for 3-4 cars up the driveway, though please note as we live on the hill, the driveway is steep. There is enough room at the top of the driveway to turn your car around so you do not need to reverse down the driveway. We are a back section, with the driveway shared with one other house in front.
We have an internal access single garage which will be available for bike and gear storage. You would struggle to comfortably fit your car in there.

Set in one of Christchurch’s most desirable hillside suburbs, our home offers a peaceful escape just minutes from the city.
Nature & Adventure: Victoria Park, walking trails, and mountain bike tracks are right on your doorstep. This is where you will find us most weekends.
Local Favourites: Two great cafés (Emperor's New Clothes and Lower Ground) and a local bar/restaurant serving delicious pizza with stunning views over Christchurch (Arlo) are all less than a 5-minute walk away. Sign of the Kiwi cafe (famous for their date scones) is a 3.5km walk away up through beautiful Victoria Park.
Family-Friendly: A nearby school playground provides an easy outing for children.

Guests have full use of the home and outdoor areas - there are no hosts onsite and no spaces shared with anyone other than the people in your group.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
As we live on the hill, we have a steep uphill driveway — please take care when driving or walking up and down.
Our home has an internal staircase and elevated outdoor deck. The property is fenced, but we do not have a driveway gate. If you have any questions/concerns as to whether our home is suitable for children please do not hesitate to contact us.
