This house has plenty of space indoors and out.
Downstairs enjoy a modern kitchen, dinning and family room which open out to the outdoor entertaining area. Separate lounge, large bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs for Master bedroom with ensuite, 4 more bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom.
Great location only a few minutes drive to either Bayfair shopping mall, Baywave indoor pool complex, ASB Statium or head on down to Mount Maunganui main beach, pilot bay or the main street shopping and cafe's.
In the other direction Palm Beach Plaza, Fashion Island and Papamoa surf club. Enjoy Thursday evening's "Dinner in the domain markets" located in the reserve by the Papamoa surf club during the summer months.
Happy to have extra beds/mattresses during AIMS Games.
