Both bedrooms have double wardrobes and get the morning sun, they also have block out curtains for those who welcome a sleep in.
A fresh new bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Separate toilet which is always a bonus.
Although our kitchen is original it is quirky and fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a great meal.
Washing machine and outdoor under shelter clothes line.
Family friendly or ideal to relax for a few days. Smart TV with built in chrome-cast or plenty of DVDs to choose from. Plenty of toys, puzzles, books, etc to keep the children entertained.

We are located on the main road into Picton so you will hear traffic noise, mainly when the ferry is in. We have double glazed the bedroom windows for your comfort.
Our home is one of 2 units (we are the second unit) and has 2 off street car parks.
We dont charge a cleaning fee so ask the home is left as you found it apart from striping beds and washing which we sort on the guest departure.
One camera is installed outdoors for security, it dosent impose on privacy.
