This is a great little condo within walking distance to the beach, and very close to world-class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses, which is what makes this area a vacation destination.

The condo has recently been completely renovated with new paint, and furnished with all new furniture & artwork. Full of great natural light, entertaining is a breeze in the open-flow Kitchen area with Breakfast Bar and Living Room.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, along with twin bunk beds in the Hallway. A stackable washer/dryer is another added convenience.

Relax on the shared balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful, sparkling swimming pool. Only blocks away from endless shopping at the Sandestin Outlet Mall, and you’re right next to Winn-Dixie Grocery Store, along with a huge variety of beach front restaurants for you and your family to enjoy.
