The space
Large private 1-bedroom apartment with comfortable queen bed. In addition, an elevated queen sized air mattress is ready for use and fits comfortably in the large living room. A Pack 'N Play is also available for young children or infants upon request.
Smart TV in living room with. Access your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom.
Bathroom has a body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, fluffy towels, curved shower rod, and extra toiletries.
The kitchen includes coffee maker with delicious local coffee, full size fridge, toaster, stove, and microwave. There are plenty of dishes and cooking supplies included. Guests also have a large gas grill on the private back patio.
While there is a fireplace in the unit, we ask that guests please do not use.

Other things to note:
1) We have several cats who have access to outdoors and the main house. They do not have access to the apartment, but we thought it was worth noting in case of extreme allergies.
2) This is our family home, we reside completely separately upstairs. Our bedrooms and bathrooms are above the apartment, but we spend most of our time on the opposite end of the house from the space. Our guest room is directly above the bedroom in the apartment and is rarely used in case you're trying to gauge night time noise before 10pm.
