Purpose-built to make the most of its spectacular outlook, this property was built in 2023 and sits privately at the rear of our property and has been designed as a place to slow down, switch off and enjoy the view. Surrounded by native bush and neighbouring reserve land, it has a wonderfully secluded feel, with native birds regularly passing through and birdsong providing the soundtrack to your mornings.
From the moment you arrive, the setting feels special. Full-length double-glazed windows frame sweeping views across Wellington Harbour, while the large outdoor deck gives you plenty of space to relax, enjoy a BBQ or simply sit back and take in the scenery.
One of the highlights of Pukehuia Paradise is the luxurious private spa. Whether you are soaking during the day with the harbour stretching out in front of you, relaxing at sunset, or watching Wellington’s lights begin to sparkle in the evening, it is an incredible place to unwind. Kitchenette and cooking facilities
Pukehuia Paradise does not have a conventional full kitchen, so we like to make this clear before guests book.
There is no traditional oven or built-in hob. Instead, we provide a range of practical cooking options suitable for most short stays, including:

These appliances make it easy to prepare breakfast, simple meals, takeaway accompaniments or a relaxed BBQ dinner on the deck.
The dishwasher drawer is located inside a custom-built cupboard above the washing machine. Because of its position, some guests may prefer to use the footstool provided when loading or unloading it. It is a slightly unconventional arrangement created to make the most of the compact space, and we mention it simply so there are no surprises during your stay.
