Summary: Not so great. The lady on the front desk was the stand out of this hotel. She could not have tried harder. Firstly, there's a lot of construction. We were lucky checking in on Friday afternoon. Better accoms closer to Mt Maunganui.. The room itself is a good size, just needs a gut and rebuild.
