Our home is recently redecorated with lots of space and sun. Enjoy summer evenings on the lovely Raumati South beach, or stroll down to the local popular cafe's for some live music and great food. Queen Elizabeth park is a 10 minute walk away with wonderful cycleways and walkways through it. The Kapiti Coast has lots of wonderful beaches and little villages and the larger central shopping area all within a 10 minute drive from our property. Fully fenced and with a new huge covered deck to relax on. The property also features a hot outdoor shower to enjoy after the beach. We also have a indoor jet spa bath. We have a cat which would prefer to stay. Please phone to discuss this if it's an issue. She's very friendly. Unlimited Wi-Fi but I'm sorry no tv connection.
