The dining area has a fabulous 8-10 seater dining table and is open plan beside the kitchen. This kitchen really does have the Wow factor. A massive bench top and island with a 6-burner gas cook top and electric oven, dishwasher, drink fridge plus a large double door fridge. Added to that are a wide variety of serving platters so that you can make the most of this entertainers dream kitchen.
Then outside, in the north facing, private garden, you will find two seating areas along with a full sized in-ground swimming pool. There is a huge laundry with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. This area can double as a changing room since there is direct access out to the swimming pool. The off-street parking can cater for 5 -6 cars.
This home has 6 bedrooms, There are 4 bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite and a Super King bed. Bedroom 2 has a Super King, Bedroom 3 a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 a King bed. The family bathroom is downstairs with a large shower and a bath.
