Situated on the east side of Mt Iron our Mudbrick Cottage with tiled roof is a 3 minute drive from the Wanaka township. The cottage is adjacent to our main house but very separate, fenced and private. Double glazed, walk in tiled shower, underfloor heating in bathroom, heat pump/air conditioner. WiFi. Great mountain views. Close to rock climbing, walking and cycling tracks. Clutha river (Deans Bank) fishing. Plenty of parking, room for the boat. Covered verandah. Note there is no Lake View from the property.
Please note Rockview is a Smokefree environment both inside and outside.
