A newly furnished 2 bedroom holiday home with quality fittings and new beds throughout. Large decks on both sides of the house offer morning and afternoon sun options. The home has 2 living areas with views of the lake and a stand alone sleepout. Not far from the infamous Okere Falls store for morning coffee and holiday supplies. Great kayaking and trout fishing on your doorstep. Rotorua offers many attractions and activities including the Redwoods for mountain biking and is only 15 minutes away. 3 Kayaks are available for use with the property. Special conditions: Property not suitable for children under 5 due to proximity of house from the lake. Rates are for the main house for 6 people additional people staying need prior approval and will incur a $25/hd/night charge. Open fire not to be used Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$90.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
