Yes, the sunroom exterior wall could do with a little paint, as the vine growing on it died and the so-called summer weather did not cooperate with my painting plans, but inside, the place is sunny, cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Every window looks out to trees and native birds, butterflies and skinks make their home here, as the place backs onto a bush gully.
Nearby are native bush walks in multiple reserves, beaches, various cafes and restaurants and other activities. All this and only a 5-10 minute drive from the CBD, depending on traffic.
Whether your trip is for business, a family holiday or a weekend getaway, this down-to-earth home allows you to kick your shoes off and breathe.
Do some bird spotting, play one of the board games, watch some of the selection of DVDs, or go for a walk to one of the local cafes.
