The Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the North facing sunny courtyard. Upstairs (1st floor) you will find both bedrooms with spacious Queen Beds and hotel quality linen and a Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet with heated toilet seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. A dining table has 4 seats to enjoy meals together, plus outdoor furniture to enjoy in the summer months and listen to the beach. Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise.
