Summary: Superior Studio, Balcony (typical) Pro - excellent wifi - good communication; quick response - comfortable bed - air conditioning worked well - updates to the building appear to be happening Con - everything is very dated and worn out - very little or no hot water for showers or in the kitchen sink - no place for hand towels in the bathroom, they had to sit on the small sink - deck door was broken and wouldn’t lock - screen was ripped and the screen door was broken - no written information in the room, no instructions for the safe, suggestions of restaurants or basic information about the room, building or the area - no one called to check in and to see if we had any questions - weird smell (not the smell you often get in the Caribbean) - had to ask to have the pool cleaned - cleaning of the room was not consistent - coffee maker kept shutting off, it was old and not cleaned when we got there - very little space to put things down, small desk would have been good This is what we observed in our room. I can’t speak to other rooms.
