The dining room is adjacent to the living room area with seating for 7. Another set of French doors access the expansive back deck overlooking Palmetto Lake. A large dining table set provides additional outdoor seating options. A propane grill is located in the garage for your favorite BBQ delights. Relax and soak up the natural beauty of Seabrook Island.
The large, open kitchen is fully stocked with new cook and serve ware highlighted by Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. You'll appreciate the ample counter space with counter height seating for 2.
Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. A powder room is also on the first floor.
The first floor primary suite features a king bed, 55" Smart HDTV and en suite bath. The updated master bath has a shower, single vanity and hair dryer.

A short car ride or more adventurous bike ride, (2.5 miles), will take you to Seabrook's North Beach. Enjoy 3.5 miles of spectacular beach that is truly a piece of paradise.
