Positive: Locations, hosts and advice from them,

Negative: The online pics include the entire building, subliminally creates the impression there is more to it. What you get is actually a bedroom and bathroom / shower and small ocean-facing deck. It was very modern and new, but not much space for a rainy day which we luckily didn't have. Lighting - all lights on or off. No variability except for night table lights. No sink to wash dishes. No microwave.

Summary: Comfortable, excellent location, modern; accommodation confined to a bedroom, bathroom, deck.
