This modern, sunny beach house has open plan living which extends out onto decks with expansive views over Bream Bay and across to Whangarei Heads. With only a short walk down to stunning Langs Beach it is great location for a beach holiday.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and then there is a brand new, self-contained studio, which is great for a separate quiet space for parents or grandparents. The two spaces are joined by a covered area of deck.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a BBQ on the deck for al fresco cooking. After a day at the beach stroll back to the house and soak in the views from the decks while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand.
NB: 1 Small non-shedding dog may be allowed by enquiry.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland. Great for 1-2 families or mature couples.
