Summary: The staff was wonderful, however the minute we got off the elevator for our floor it smelled like smoke (weed). Once we got into our room it was OK until around 11PM when the smell became terrible! I ended up stuffing a towel under the door to help with the smell. My kids woke up with headaches and burning noses. I informed the front desk when we left for the day and she said she would let her manager know. When we returned that night (2 night stay) the minute we got off the elevator I could smell it again. I went down to the lobby and informed the evening desk clerk who was sympathetic and offered us a new room which we took.
