Kelburn is one of Wellingtons inner city suburbs. Located above the CBD and a stones throw from the Harbour and Te Papa. We are handy to bus transport and the cable car. The Botanical gardens are on our doorstep and for the keen walker it is approx 35 mins walk to Westpac Stadium. The main restaurant area of Te Aro and the entertainment precinct in Courtenay Place are both approx 20 mins walk. The Wellington International airport is some 15 min drive depending on the time of day and the Airport flyer (bus transport to and from the airport) stops along from the bottom of the cable car. The Interislander Ferry terminal is approximately 10 mins drive away and the other ferry, Bluebridge some 7 mins drive.
Kelburn Village offers cafes, boutique shopping and a range of service retailers ie hairdresser, pharmacy and general store.
The cottage is a one room, self contained building with separate ensuite, and a short walk down from the road.
It is bright and warm and compact. A perfect place for a weekend break or a longer stay in Wellington.
