The property borders a reserve which also leads directly to the large estuary reserve and beaches along the harbour facing Tairua.... a 3 minute walk from the flat.
A small deck off the kitchen and 2nd bedroom has direct access to the reserve. Another balcony adjoins the lounge and master bedroom.
A 7 minute walk takes you through Kennedy Park, past the tennis courts, play ground and cricket pitch to the Surf Club and surf beach.
