4 Bedroom House in Raumati South, Paraparaumu

We are renting out our lovely , spacious, character home in Raumati South for 2 weeks from December 26th. It is situated 1 block from the beach. Less than a 3 minute walk to our very safe swimming beach. Our home is modern, warm and dry, fully renovated and perfect for up to 2 families. It does have steep stairs up to the upstairs but a child gate can be added if needed. The property is fully fenced. We have a lovely new spa pool that sits 6 people and is bliss and also an outdoor hot shower ( in addition to 2 inside) for rinsing off after the beach. Relax on the sundrenched covered porch or enjoy one of the many parks and walks the kapiti coast has to offer. We have a minimum 5 night stay. Note we require a $350 deposit for any damages. We also do not have tv or microwave but we do have wifi and can watch DVDs on the tv upstairs, but not actual tv.
