This cosy 2 bedroom unit has most of the comforts of home. Located just around the corner from Mums Dairy and the community swimming pool. It's just a 15 minute walk to the surf club and the most beautiful beach you've ever seen, plus a short stroll to the Whangamata Club, RSA, town Centre and golf course.
The unit is fully equipped and has its own front section perfect for parking the boat or extra car. Complete with own BBQ, table and chairs, and a small private grassed area down rear side of house. Smoking is not permitted inside but ok outside.
7 night minimum stay required.
The property is a perfect base for your Summer holiday and has everything you could possibly need to explore the Coromandel and surrounding areas BUT make sure you bring your own sunscreen! No tents allowed. No pets.
