It pretty much gets all day sun as the back yard is North facing and is completely private being surrounded entirely by mature trees/hedging.
Included on the first level are 2 double bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with ensuite plus a guest powder room and laundry.
Internal stairs will take you downstairs where there are 2 more bedrooms. one double, one single (With bunks) as well as a full bathroom (includes bath).
All this sits on an elevated large site of 683sqm (more or less) in central Auckland.
Situated in the enviable "golden triangle" part of Parnell, surrounded by the water, parks and a easy walk to the bars, cafes and Restaurants of Parnell Village. Just a short drive or walk to the Auckland Domain and Downtown Auckland city.
All you need is your feet to get to Newmarket, Parnell Village and downtown however it is serviced by buses which are very close by. Uber and taxis are easy to access from here
You won't find a better location or home for your trip to Auckland.
Please note that it is our opinion that this property is best suited to six adults and two children due to the bunk configuration in the 4th bedroom, which may not provide the best sleep for a large adult.
There is a level area at the top of the driveway to park a car and also to do a turn and come back down. You may also park additional cars on the street directly outside the property subject to applicable street signs.
Due to being on the coast by the bay, the driveway is steep but it is also wide and any regular vehicle can access it.
