THE SPACE:
The property is a two-storey, architecturally-designed home set on a hillside above the city.
Light, bright and spacious with amazing views in leafy surroundings, the house provides plenty of space for even large groups to relax in comfort and style with 4 large bedrooms (1 x King, 3 x Queen, 1 x sofa bed). An upmarket, unique and comfortable home with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings.

Please note: due to safety hazards (open waterways, trip hazards, high walkways, etc) and easily damaged plantings, the property may not be a good fit for children. We do ask that children are always supervised by an adult in the gardens.
As parts of the property are steep and slippery, please note any “no entry” signs for your own safety and the protection of growing plants and nesting birds.
GUEST ACCESS:
Check-in is fast and easy using our smart lock.
You will have the entire property to yourself – there are no hosts onsite and no spaces shared with anyone other than the people in your group.
There is free off-street parking available for two cars on our parking deck. We recommended reversing onto the cardeck as this makes it much easier to get out. There is no parking in the driveway or on the lane.
Our street is steep and narrow, so generally not recommended for vans or large vehicles. If you have large vehicles or more than 2 cars, please contact us for parking advice.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Although this is a two-storey house, the upper floor is at street level so can be accessed without stairs.
We have a motion-activated security camera on each of the entrances and one on the parking area for our guests' peace of mind. There are also a few cameras in the gardens to monitor wildlife in the area. Cameras are not monitored but recordings can be retrieved if needed. There are no cameras inside the house.
Unfortunately, due to host allergies we are unable to accommodate any pets (including assistance animals).
As the house is set amongst a number of trees, there will often be a lot of leaves around the property. These build up very quickly so despite sweeping of driveways and decks between guests, you should always expect that there will be some leaves around.
Our rubbish bins are small and only collected once every two weeks. Feel free to use the bins for any rubbish accumulated during your stay but these cannot be used for rubbish brought from elsewhere as we just do not have enough space. Fines will apply for any additional rubbish left outside of the driveway bins.
