Up to two cars can park on this area. To drive out, it is necessary to reverse out onto Seaview Road, being mindful of traffic.Please note that the property can allow up to a maximum of 4 guests at all times. Please note that the no parties policy is strictly enforced at this property. Guests are kindly requested to keep voices and music low (especially outside) between 10pm and 8am so that the neighbours are not disturbed.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
