This brand new large, stylish holiday home sits on a 3.3 acre lifestyle block with mature olive trees and a feijoa plantation close to Mangawhai Village and the Heads. With all day sun and beautiful views over rolling countryside out to the Brynderwyns, it is an idyllic setting to get away from it all while still being close to the action. With lots of space and great entertaining options both inside and out, it is great for a couple of families to holiday together. The four bedroom, three bathroom house sleeps eight in comfort and bedroom four has its own living area and basic kitchenette, great for grandparents.
After a day at the beach it is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle, particularly when Mangawhai is at its busiest. For entertainment there is Starlink Wifi and 2 Smart TVs with access to Sky Basic, Sky Sport and Freeview. Summer or Winter, a ducted heatpump with outlets in all rooms will help to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. There is also plenty of parking space for cars and boats.
Note:
1. The photos were taken in mid-November soon after the house was finished so the lawns were still growing and the landscaping incomplete.
2. As this is a rural property, there may be unfenced water hazards on this property and adjacent properties. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of this property for your group and small children must be supervised at all times whilst outside.
