New home completed in 2015. Elevated views in this quiet private cove of 9 houses with shared water access which is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Outdoor area with BBQ overlooks the water. Large family/living with modern kitchen, great for entertaining. Great location for families with private water front reserve suited to soccer and cricket. Childrens playground at the top of drive. A boat ramp is a 5 min drive away also. There is storage for things like kayaks and surfboard via hatch under the house. NB: The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Special conditions: House is not fenced. There is no garage access. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac , so noise must be kept to a minimum.
