Flat is part of our home and income but with separate access and facilities. Close to southern walkway for great views and good bus connections to the CBD.
8km from CBD with easy drive up Happy Valley Road via Brooklyn. Bus stop 2mins away for #29/39 to CBD, or 10mins to Island Bay Parade for #1/32 buses. Great access for walks along the wonderful South Coast.
