Enter through the side door into the foyer. To the right is the elegant dining room which faces Wentworth Street and features a dining table with seating for four people. This light filled room is also a great space to spread out at the table and work from home! To the left is the stunning living room. Here you will find a comfortable seating arrangement with a sofa, chair, and coffee table, beautiful decorative fireplace, Smart TV, and an adorable bar area with a wine fridge! Just beyond the living room is the updated kitchen. The gray cabinets, green backsplash, and French doors to the patio give this space a serene feel. There is a gorgeous kitchen island with marble countertop and seating for two, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The washer/dryer are also located in the kitchen for your convenience! Open the French doors and bring your entertaining or dining al fresco! The private patio features beautiful landscaping, string lights, and a dining table for four!
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, and full bathroom The first of the two bedrooms features plenty of natural light, a queen size bed, and decorative fireplace. The spacious second bedroom also features a queen size bed, closet, desk for your work from home needs, and a Smart TV. The full bathroom is located in the hallway in between the two bedrooms and features a large vanity, and shower/tub combo!
Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. Parking for one small car is provided in the driveway. Please note the driveway is very tight and Duvet Homes is not able to provide any alternative parking options. Please also note there is a fire station next door which can at times, result in noise.

Joggers and cyclists head to the sidewalks and shady trees around Colonial Lake, known as “The Pond.” The College of Charleston, with a colonnaded entrance, lies on a picturesque campus. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
