Summary: Room and hotel were great, but the staff seemed new or untrained. Calling for ice took over an hour and breakfast was a bit of a disaster because we were treated like we were not meant to be there and things were not explained at all. The bar also wasn’t really a bar but more a corner of the lobby, which when we visited was uncomfortably hot.
